Destroyed by the Great fire, rebuilt, ravaged again by flames in 1940 and then rebuilt between 1959 and 1961, this building has some extremely beautiful arches and stucco wall coverings. The red brick square tower is decorated with irregular bosses and is crowned with a balustrade.
