Built in the 13C, the town hall was originally the seat of a bishop's administrator. Inside, the Wenzel Room boasts one of the finest secular German High Medieval interiors you will find. A small exhibition recounts the Allied bombing of 16 March 1945 and every year all the churches in the town sound their bells at the exact time it took place.
