In 1899 the US Postal Service, acquired this Richardsonian Romanesque-style building with a 96m tower. For a time used as a commercial complex, Washington's first skyscraper has been converted into a luxury hotel and since September 2016 is the tenth belonging to the Trump International Hotel company.
