The City Palace Museum is housed in a maze of splendidly decorated palace buildings, exhibiting collections of miniatures and weapons, including the armour of Pratap Singh, weighing 75kg, and his horse Chetak's coat of mail, which is decorated with an elephant's trunk intended to confuse and frighten the enemy's mounts. Several courtyards, adorned with mosaics and earthenware tiles, are also worthy of your attention.
