The rock that is visible above the Deo Ca pass, which marks the border with the province of Khanh Hoa, has a strange shape that has lent it its name: Hon Vong Phu ("the rock of the waiting woman"). On the other side of the pass, the view encompasses the turquoise coast dotted with islands and extends as far as the dunes on the Hon Gom peninsula.
