Forming a gallery overlooking the sea, this square is divine! Three sides are enclosed by the two churches - San Giuseppe and San Agostino (temporary exhibitions) - and the clock tower, whose arch leads into the old town. The square commands a dazzling view of the bay and Mt Etna! You can certainly see why the locals use this square as the main place for meeting up, all the more so as the many cafes happily set up their tables on the terraces.
