This triangular brick fortress boasts three immense circular towers with pointed roofs and ramparts protected by a wooden gallery. The structure has regained much of its former splendour following recent restoration work (the castle was bombarded during the last conflict). It is now possible to visit its beautiful courtyard and history museum, arranged over two floors. The latter provides interesting information on the Ottoman defeat of 1593.
