The only traces left of the original 12C Benedictine monastery are to be found in the Knights Chapel. Baroque features were added to the Gothic abbey church with the introduction of stuccowork and paintings between 1670 and 1706. The grand staircase, examination room, library with white leather-bound books and historical abbey gardens are among the highlights of the visit, during which you will be able to admire rich frescoes and interesting art collections.
