The highest point of the Alpstein range (2,502m), between Toggenburg, the Rhine Valley and Lake Constance, the Säntis landmark commands a breathtaking view of eastern Switzerland. The panorama over the Voralberg, the Grisonnes, Glaronnaises and Bernese Alps is stunning, although in summer, warm mists can hamper the view.
