Situated in the middle of a huge park bordering the Warnow estuary, the Schiffahrtsmuseum (Shipping Museum) is housed in an old 10 000t-cargo ship, MS Dresden. In addition to a huge engine room, the museum is also home to an exhibition which examines the history of shipping in the Baltic Sea, as well as naval construction and leisure sailing.
