The four saints who are worshipped here and whose remains are buried in the crypt have not been identified with certainty. The original 4C church was modified over the centuries and is now home to Benedictine nuns. The simple, moving cloisters and San Silvestro chapel, whose frescoes are emblematic of Byzantine art, are particularly worthy of mention.
