On the western side of the Quiberon peninsula, this coast, protected by the Coast Conservation Authorities, forms a succession of jagged cliffs. Caves, gullies and inlets alternate with small sandy beaches into which the waves surge and crash (bathing prohibited due to ground swell). Rocks form passages where the sea boils and roars. To the left of the road, granite steles mark the location of sites to be discovered on foot.
