These gardens, designed by Robillon in the style of Le Nôtre, are enlivened by sculpted box, cypresses, statues and flowerbeds set around water features. There is a very pleasant view over the Neptune pool from the Nereid pool. Below is an attractive park laid out in the Italian style, with ponds, waterfalls, green arbours and walls covered with bougainvillea. Look at the Grand Canal and the magnificent Lions staircase extended by a colonnade.
