De Groene Gids
De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
This is the old «Aux Billards-en-Bois» inn frequented between 1850 and 1900 by Pissarro, Sisley, Cézanne, Toulouse-Lautrec, Renoir, Monet, Zola... Van Gogh was inspired by the garden to paint La Guinguette, and Utrillo immortalised the crossroads of rues Norvins, Saint-Rustique and des Saules, capturing the image of old Montmartre on his canvasses.
