Rue François-Miron
De Groene Gids
De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
A former Roman road cut through marshland, Rue François-Miron is named after a merchants' Provost under the reign of Henri IV. Several landmarks: at nos 11 and 13, two fully restored half-timbered houses thought to date back to the reign of Louis XI; Marie Touchet, the mistress of Charles IX, lived at no 30 and finally in the basement of nos 44-46, the splendid Gothic storeroom of the Parisian house of the Ourscamp abbey in the Oise can be seen.
