The toy museum displays no fewer than 5 000 toys and has a further 40 000 in stock! Children of all ages will love this charming, colourful museum, whose exhibits include dolls, robots, lucky charms, animals and wooden and papier mâché characters, kites, miniatures and games from all regions of Japan. There are some rare pieces - Edo-era relics that are now impossible to find - housed in display cases on the ground floor and in the attic. The Toy Museum has a small shop.
