This church, built in the Renaissance style, is home to many remarkable works by artists from Florence. The Sacrestia Vecchia, the former refectory, has retained some fine 15C frescoes by Giorgio Vasari on its ceiling. One of the chapels, Cappella Correale di Terranova boasts a superb Annunciation by Benedetto da Maiano; be sure to see the late-15C terracotta Deposition from the Cross and magnificent Cappella Piccolomini at the end of the left-hand nave.
