Pho Minh Pagoda
De Groene Gids
De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
This pagoda stands in the grounds of a palace built by the Tran dynasty. Several bricks are marked with the year of its construction (1305). Erected on a terrace embellished with lotus flowers and two moon-shaped lakes, it has the same structure on each of its 13 floors - a building with four doors and a canopy. To the rear, the rooms of the Buddhist temple have been repainted in red and gold and adorned with statues. Note the effigies of three Buddhist patriarchs influential at the Tran court.
