The Carriage Museum is housed in the old stables of Nymphenbourg Castle and gives the visitor an idea of the means of transport used by the Wittelsbachs in the 18 -19C. Don't miss the extremely luxurious carriage used for the coronation of Emperor Charles VII. The Bäuml collection contains porcelain from the Nymphenburg factory. The reproductions in porcelain merit your attention, for they are miniature copies of paintings from the Old Art Gallery made for Louis I.
