In the higher reaches of the village of Moutoulla, this chapel houses an exceptional cycle of UNESCO-listed paintings. They were created in 1280 and are the oldest wall paintings on the island. You can make out the couple of donors, as well as interesting scenes such as the anthropomorphic dragon killed by St George, and the resurrection of Lazarus, in which a boy holds a panel of his robe before his nose to protect himself from the smell. The double-pitch roofing is also original.
