De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
Completed in 1981, the sprawling, twin-towered structure is designed in a play of angles and shapes. The metallic-blue glass exterior of the office complex camouflages the actual number of storeys within (16 and 20 storeys) and reflects the neighbouring buildings. Its jagged, abstract form surrounds a small forecourt highlighted by La foule illuminée, a fibreglass group sculpture by the French artist, Raymond Masson. The "blue building," as it is called by many Montrealers, symbolizes the economic growth experienced by the city during the early 1980s.
