De Groene Gids
De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
A disciple of Debussy, Maurice Ravel settled in the small villa known as "Le Belvédère" in 1921. It was here that he composed most of his musical works, notably Boléro. In the tiny rooms, there are many mementoes of the artist, such as his piano and electrophone. The garden has been replanted in the Japanese style favoured by the composer.
