De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
The college, now part of the National University, was founded in 1795 as St Patrick's College, a seminary for the Irish clergy, on property offered on advantageous terms by the Duke of Leinster. An older school, founded by the Fitzgeralds in 1521, was suppressed in 1535. The Visitor's Centre records the history of the school, city and district.
