To find the beach, a good landmark is Jawz taco stand, across the street (see Must Eat); to the right you'll find a parking lot. The surf can be rough, but the views are great. Locals set up tent villages here on Sundays and make a day of it. Had enough of that sticky swimsuit? Follow the beach west until you reach a path that climbs up lava rocks to Little Beach, where clothing-optional sunbathing is illegal but fairly common, nonetheless.
