Iglesia de San Agustín (18C) still has some quite splendid original features, including the superb Churrigueresque-style sculpted façade. The sacristy, from the same period, contains La Muerte by the sculptor Baltasar Gavilán, a major work of colonial art. Allow yourself to be charmed by the arcaded cloister.
