The pretty village of Mittelbergheim clings to hillsides and is surrounded by vineyards, cultivated, it is claimed, since Roman times. The local star is the famous local Zotzenberg vintage. The winegrowers' houses and its handsome Renaissance town hall, with an arcaded façade, are all worthy of mention.
