Brightly coloured oyster-farm huts house exhibitions devoted to the different aspects of salt farming: operation of the salterns, wildlife and plants, uses of salt and the island's landscapes. A path provides information about the salt marshes and salt products can be purchased from the shop. Finally, boat trips allow visitors to explore the flora and fauna of the marshes.
