The Marquise de Maillé (1895-1972), an archaeologist and art historian, was the last owner of this château with a simple yet noble architectural style, built in 1754 and which she decorated with impeccable taste. In the ground-floor rooms, the brilliance of the furniture and decoration combines perfectly with the brightly painted wood panelling. A beautiful staircase leads to the first floor, where two rooms are devoted to the memory of the Marquise de Maillé. In the grounds, the Bassin du Miroir is of particular interest.
