Known as the museum "near the market", this annexe to the Badisches Landesmuseum is dedicated to the applied arts. The Art Nouveau period is particularly well represented by different movements which emerged throughout Europe at the same time. The Art Deco works, Bauhaus pieces and design from the 1950s to the present day all add to this rich overview of the decorative arts in Europe.
