Housed in a delightful traditional medicine shop (1874), the Museum of Chinese Medicine occupies the rooms adjoining the inner courtyard. The museum provides information on the basic principles of Chinese medicine, as well as the preparation methods (with demonstrations) and the main ingredients used. In the huge entrance hall, locals come in search of traditional remedies; herbs, roots and medicines are kept in hundreds of drawers and bottles here.
