This fine estate, divided into different plots, is one of Dinard's most attractive districts. The watchpath leading from Avenue Bruzzo offers splendid glimpses of the harbour, the Rance estuary, the Solidor tower and the Bizeux rock, crowned by a statue of the Virgin Mary.
