It will make you relive the period of the development of trade in Hungary and tourism in Budapest. Old posters and photographs, a laid table, reconstituted interiors and shops, uniforms of waiters and waitresses and menus will take you from a restaurant in the 1900s to a contemporary hotel with a spa. Temporary exhibitions are also staged in some of the city's restaurants, hotels and pastry shops.
