Its central feature is the elongated Stadtplatz, lined with houses from very diverse eras. To the southern end there is a clock tower. The Glockengiesserhaus, or bell-casters' house, built in 1385, which still has its original workshop, is particularly interesting. Also take in the nearby Herzogsburg, which now houses a museum that charts the history of the town (Bezirksmuseum).
