The lovely little square, Plazoleta del Rosario, in the centre of which stands a statue of Gonzalo Jiménez de Quesada, the founder of Bogotá, is lined with a few cafés established between 1930 and 1950. Some have their own place in history, such as Café Pasaje, where Santa Fé, one of the biggest football clubs in the city, was created in 1941.
