The façade of the former collegiate church of St Peter and St John shows definite Lombard influence, with its decorative pattern of stone in alternating colours. The towers were rebuilt in the last century following a fire. The distinguishing features of the interior include the network of vaulting above the nave (early 16C), and the chancel, two centuries older, much higher than the nave and built in a much purer Gothic style.
