Parts of a 400-room Anasazi pueblo dating from 1100-1300 have survived at this rectangular-shaped site with its huge Plaza, which is similar to the Chaco Canyon and Mesa Verde pueblos. The main sight of interest here is the huge, well-restored kiva, the largest in existence with a diameter of 49ft. The museum provides interesting information on how the Anasazis built their villages, as well as their general skills and farming methods. A model depicts the pueblo as it would have looked in the 12C.
