Don't get the wrong door! Amid the tourist traps, in a pedestrian street in the Old Town, is this small bistro run by a couple of old hands in the trade. Their specialities are eggs baked in ramekins with foie gras, slice of seared blue - fin tuna, and calf sweetbreads with morel sauce. Enjoy these on the terrace when the weather is fine.
