Christian Etchebest's latest venture sticks to a tried and tested formula, and we certainly have no complaints. As with his restaurant in the 14th arrondissement, the menu strikes a balance between brasserie and bistro fare and lets its well - crafted recipes do the talking. Many of the dishes betray the owner's Basque heritage. A convivial place to eat.
