Alcazar's interior was designed by the architect and decorator Lola Gonzalez. Plants have the upper hand, endowing the space with the timeless elegance of a grand winter garden. The kitchen never fails to turn out an appetising menu of contemporary brasserie dishes, such as the excellent roasted free-range chicken and home-made chips, or the confit shoulder of lamb.
