The interior of this fine building (1603) in the antique dealers' quarter calls to mind a contemporary loft. The talented young chef, a former town planner and a graduate of the Ferrandi School (pastry specialty) devises market-fresh cuisine, based on local produce whenever possible. The kitchen team is almost exclusively female, like its chef! Excellent value-for-money lunchtime menu.
