Historical industrial architecture outside and a trendy, lively atmosphere inside – the old machinery really draws the eye! The relaxed yet efficient front-of-house team contributes to a pleasingly casual vibe. Select ingredients are at the heart of the contemporary, seasonally inspired dishes. The menu features, for example, "fillet of smoked organic trout from the Glauser family, beetroot and shiitake mushroom tartare and horseradish" or "cordon bleu of Toggenburg veal with Graubünden mountain cheese, pommes alumettes and root spinach". A good selection of wines. The terrace is very popular. At lunchtime, there are also simpler, constantly changing daily specials.
