Bistro makes for a pleasant alternative to Gourmetstübli in the Alpenblick hotel. Diners soak up the cosy atmosphere as they tuck into the excellent food served here. On the menu: delicious regional and seasonal dishes as well as classics such as Kalbfleisch-Geschnetzeltes (slices of Simmental veal in a creamy sauce) and cheese fondue. And be sure to try the rösti! On Tuesday evenings the restaurant hosts a meat fondue buffet.
