The setting by Lake Geneva is genuinely remarkable – during the summer, the terrace becomes a standout feature, offering a magnificent view! This restaurant is housed in the luxurious Grand Hôtel du Lac, which dates back to 1868. Its elegant interior, complete with a bright and airy conservatory, does full justice to the location, as does the food. Under the guidance of executive chef Guy Ravet, the menu is seasonal and based on French cuisine; tradition and modernity come together harmoniously. Dishes such as grilled Grisons salmon or Swiss Grand Cru entrecôte exemplify this fusion. You can order à la carte, but the proposed set menu is equally recommendable.
