At the entrance to the city, in an old tunnel through which horse-drawn cabs used to pass, this contemporary bistro serves up confident food, based on fresh produce: cannelloni stuffed with ratatouille and fresh herbs; slow-cooked beef cheeks, mashed carrots and cumin, tender aubergines and orange segments.
