Despite its name, the dining room itself is not that humble – red carpet, black furniture and the oversized ink painting speak loudly of style and luxury. The menu is authentically Cantonese, but the quality ingredients are unmistakably Taiwanese. Spice-marinated baby roast duck uses cherry ducks from Yilan city, with juicy tender meat and crisp skin. Dim sum, stir-fries and barbecued meat, such as thick-sliced char siu pork, are also unmissable.
