The owner’s family has been running an oyster farm for almost 50 years. With unrivalled access to the best oysters in town, they decided to open this shop in 2019, specialising in made-to-order oyster dishes. The signature deep-fried oysters are lightly battered and boast crispy crusts and creamy centres. The oyster fritter with shredded cabbage and chives is also not to be missed, while oyster broth with a fish-based stock imparts much umami.
