In the landscaped garden of the Gratien and Meyer cellars, this pretty little late - 19C château wins you over with its character – chevron floorboards, chandeliers with pendants and contemporary furniture. The cuisine highlights the region's fine ingredients – mushrooms, Parthenaise beef, Loire eel – with care and without excess. Herbs from the kitchen garden, excellent home - made bread, warm madeleines served with coffee. A great place.
