This much talked about restaurant is located at the foot of the Copan building, which was designed by the famous architect Oscar Niemeyer in the shape of a wave. It's run by owner-chef Janaina Rueda, wife of the equally renowned chef Jefferson Rueda (R. A Casa do Porco), who is the driving force behind it. In the bustling, informal dining room, the emphasis is very much on cooking from inland Brazil and dishes from the 1950s; the daily specials are written up on mirrors and huge slate boards.
