More than just a restaurant, Casa Nova is a mini-paradise on Earth, occupying a charming old country property that was once a poultry farm and is now run by a couple with a total commitment to sustainability and no half measures. Here, in a delightful atmosphere combining the past and present, chef Andrés Torres creates intensely flavoured, contemporary-style cuisine based around local ingredients, many of which, such as vegetables, chickens, bees, shitake mushrooms, dried tuna, wines and vinegars, are grown, reared or produced by the team here. Casa Nova is also actively involved in support programs that help to integrate those at risk of social exclusion in society.
