This modern, urban restaurant on the edge of the old town is dedicated to the Alpine region, serving good, seasonal produce and game dishes in the autumn. The ambience here is minimalist, with an open kitchen which allows guests to watch chef Franz Ackermann creating his culinary works of art. Simpler lunch menu. The bistro “Unikatessen am Corso” next door also sells regional produce.
